My work in digital media began in 2003 when I began writing for Suite101.com, a collaborative publishing site based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, that operated from 1996 to 2014. During my work for Suite101, I was the primary writer and editor for the Recipes topic, as well as various articles for lifestyle-based home and garden topics 101. In June 2012, I was one of several writers who was given the opportunity to travel to Vancouver to provide feedback to the Suite101 team as they were developing a new site interface for the Suite101.com website.
In 2013, I joined CopyPress—a digital content marketing agency dedicated to developing and promoting high-quality articles, infographics, and interactive media—as a freelance copy editor and writer. At CopyPress, I provide copyediting services for a variety of client campaigns in the business, education, and lifestyle verticals as well as offer copywriting services for product description, infographics, and blog and article development.
